User Site Management:

MediateWMI.org wanted to be able to manage their website pages on their own.

Each block can be modified, along with pictures, by the office staff.  This reduces their cost and dependency on MPM123.

Organization / Club Interactive Site:

ECRV.info is a site for American Red Cross volunteers, who were active in the ECRV program,  can post their thoughts, war stories, and/or things they did not know. Also the site is packed with photos.

On-line Release:

Release123.com was created for photographers and videographers to secure a release from subjects, in the field, on a cell phone.

Don’t snap any pictures or make any video, with the intent to publish, without first protecting yourself. Learn how to use our real time media release consent form to secure permission to publish your photos and videos.

If you’re a small business, a non-profit, or a club/organization, you’re probably trying to use social media to grow. You might not be thinking about whom you need permission from before you publish photos or video on various platforms. The answer is EVERYONE.

Media release forms are used when people, pets and property are photographed, and you want to publish the images. In this situation, you need to obtain a signed media release form from the subject of the photo, or, in the case of a minor, the parent or guardian.  Also, the owner of the pet or property featured in the images.  A media release does not give you permission to take the photo, but rather to publish it.

Incidents Reporting and Tracking:

Incident123.com was an application that was created for the worlds largest Irish Music Festival.  Subsequently, other festivals have purchased this application to fill out incident reports, including pictures, in the field, using a cell phone.

This is not limited to festivals.  Any business with public exposure needs an easy method of recording and tracking any type of incident that occurs on their property.  Insurance companies have supported the use of this application to provide necessary data when processing a claim.

Digital incident reporting solutions allow users to report incidents quickly while in the field through mobile devices. These systems ensure that incident reports are completed timely, accurately, and efficiently, no matter where you are located.  Incident123 provides your organization with an easy-to-use, cloud-based incident reporting solution that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
