MPM123 is a website support, data analytics, and business consulting service to both entrepreneurial and non-profit entities.

Our founder, Mike Mitchell, has over 35 years of experience in leadership of major corporations, entrepreneurial enterprises, and non-profit businesses.

Leadership

  • Provide leadership and strategic visioning in the delivery of corporate services and maintaining physical and human resources. 
  • Offer guidance and counsel to CEOs, board members, committee members, management teams and over 4000 volunteers.
  • Create a collaborative and energetic atmosphere for our Board of Directors, volunteers, and staff.
  • Developed, trained and directed a nationwide technology team of over 100 volunteers and paid staff in delivering satellite connectivity for disaster response.
  • Initiated and directed management, marketing, client services, and software development teams in the creation, distribution and support of an international and commercially distributed call center software product.
  • Started, and grew, a multi-million dollar software development company, specializing in call center technology, which ultimately resulted in acquisition by a global technology corporation.

Management

  • Provide leadership for the world’s largest Irish Music Festival and cultural arts non-profit.
  • Managed regional directors in Disaster Services, Senior Transportation, Statewide Americorps program, volunteer recruitment/management, and facilities operations. 
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, mentoring and evaluating director level staff. 
  • Oversaw day-to-day operations and maintained a 4.5 million dollar budget.
  • Advanced troubled business units and made them productive.
  • Enhanced relations with government, non-profit, business and community stakeholders.
  • Maintained and expanded fund raising portfolio while consistently exceeding goals.

Teaching & Public Speaking

  • Presented on multiple occasions to various audiences such as business directors, civic groups, government leaders, educators and volunteer organizations on the many services provided.
  • Taught thousands of people on disaster response and emergency preparedness.
  • Established, and presented, a “train the trainer” programs for disaster technology.
